Professional mentoring
I want to help you, as a therapist, thrive in doing your work. It can be challenging, in many ways, to have to show up every workday for others’ needs. You need to keep yourself replenished to bring your presence and skillfulness to your sessions. Whether you need support or expansion as a therapist, consider some one-on-one mentoring sessions. Mentoring is not therapy, it is enhancement and focused on your professional development.
What you can address in a mentoring session:
- Work/life balance
- Business aspects of a private practice
- Building your self-support as a professional
- Adding valuable tools to your therapy toolkit
- Utilizing skills of effective therapy
My mentoring fee is $175 per 45-minute session. I offer a sliding scale based on need so don’t be afraid to reach out. I also offer packages of five sessions at a rate of $700, with the ability to slide the fee down if needed. Reach out to me to discuss your needs. I’m here to help.
Individual supervision
I offer individual supervision to psychologist residents, counseling interns, licensed professional therapists, and others for both licensure and professional development purposes. Whether you want to enhance your skill set or build your confidence in your role as a therapist, I will bring my expertise and warmth to assist you in becoming a skillful and effective therapist. If you desire to build your own private practice, I will offer you my extensive experience, guidance, and support in this endeavor.
Supervision fee is $175/session.
Group supervision
Join an ongoing supervision group that includes early career professionals, those working towards licensing, along with seasoned therapists, all who are invested in their professional growth and advancement. We discuss case conceptualization, and exploration of skillful treatment strategies, and offer each other feedback and support. In this welcoming and supportive environment, you can build your confidence in practice development, skill enhancement, and effective treatment using your unique perspective and style. The supervision group, also known as Professional Growth and Advancement, is available to licensed professionals, psychologist residents, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors and interns. We meet monthly from 10:00 – 10:30 AM, the first Thursday of each month. Sliding scale fee structure based on the number of clients in your practice.

I can offer 30 minutes of my time to help you assess your situation and examine options. I can point you to potential resources and help you get clarity on the steps you could take to get yourself back to your place of confidence in your work.
