Group supervision for professional Growth and advancement
Undo the aloneness of a solo practice.
“I cannot say enough about how impactful Elsbeth has been to my work as a clinician. In February and March of 2020, I took her Fully Equipped Therapist training which changed how I viewed therapy and set me up for success in ways I did not even know I needed. I have also participated in Group Therapy Training and the ongoing Professional Development group and have found each of these experiences valuable to my personal and professional growth. Elsbeth is creative, engaging and passionate about the therapeutic process of therapy and has helped sharpen my view of what helping clients looks like.”

“Elsbeth’s group has been such a blessing. A blend of both professional and personal – helping to uncover blind-spots and identifying the work to do to become a better therapist. I always leave group with both practical suggestions and interventions for upcoming therapy sessions, as well as a better overall conception of the work as a whole. The group is a wonderful place to gain new perspectives and feel less-alone in an otherwise isolating profession. I can’t recommend this group enough, I can’t imagine practicing without it.”
